Customer service remains one of our top priorities, which is why we ask that you call or text us to confirm the dates you want to make sure that we have what you want, when you want it.
To hold your date, simply pay the small non-refundable deposit through the link we send you and fill out and return the waiver located at the bottom of this page. At that time, you’ll receive confirmation that you are all set.
Within 24 to 48 hours of your rental delivery, we call to confirm drop off location and rental details. Our professional staff delivers and set ups the inflatables and all equipment associated with it, shows you how to operate any party equipment such as popcorn poppers, margarita/slushy makers and karaoke machines and answer any of questions you may have.

At the end of your rental term, our team will return to pick up anything your rented, making it an easy and effortless process for you.
